Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders, cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips.
  • 2 tbs unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbs hot pepper sauce
  • 2/3 c Reduced fat blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 c Fat-free milk
  • 12 celery sticks.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray. Preheat broiler.
2. Toss together chicken, butter, and pepper sauce in medium bowl until coated evenly. Arrange chicken on prepared rack. Broil 5 inches from heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Pile chicken onto plate.
3. To make sauce, whisk together blue cheese dressing and milk in serving bowl. Serve with chicken and celery.
