  • 2 (8 oz) pkgs fresh French green beans
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tomato, seeded and minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over med-high heat. Add green beans and cook, stirring frequently for 6 min.

2. In a lg bowl, place green beans, stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with tomato just before serving
