Ingredients
- FILET [cut no thicker than 1/2 inch]
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- Garlic 3 lg cloves
- 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons of finely chopped shallots
- French Brandy
- 2 cups Brown Sauce semi-gloss
- Salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- A-1 Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In hot skillet melt some butter and brown garlic, add steaks, mushrooms and shallots. Cook till done.
Pour brandy over steaks and flame.
Pour brown sauce onto steaks
Add/Pour A-1 [thick kind] small amount
season with salt and pepper
