Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1/2 C. melted butter
- 1 egg
- save 1 cup cake mix
- Filling:
- 1 lg can pumpkin
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. evaporated milk
- mix by hand, NOT mixer
- Topping:
- 1 cup reserved cake mix
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/4 C. flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Grease bottom only of 9x13 pan.
2. Combine crust mixture and press into pan (reserving 1 cup cake mix)
3. Prepare filling and pour over crust.
4. Prepare topping and sprinkle over filling.
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hr and 15 mins or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
