  • CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • PUDDING LAYER:
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling

Combine the cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Refrigerate. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. In a bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer; chill until firm, about 1 hour.

Spread whipped topping over pudding layer. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
