Ingredients
- 1.1 1/2-2 pounds ( 750-1 kg) boneless,skinless chicken breasts
- 2 .salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
- 3.2 cups honey
- 4.1 cup soy sauce
- 5.1 /2 cup ketchup
- 6.1 /4 cup olive oil
- 7.2 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
- 8 .sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1.Place chicken breasts in slow cooker,season with salt and black pepper.
2.In a mixing bowl,combine honey,soy sauce,ketchup,olive oil and garlic.
3.Mix well and pour mixture over chicken.
4.Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.
5.Garnish slow cooker chicken with sesame seeds before serving.
6.Serve with cooked spaghetti.
