Ingredients
- 2 8oz. whips
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 25 wafer rolls
- 1 bar white chocolate
- 1 bar dark chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat the whips, and sugar on high speed for 5 minutes.
Add the extracts beat 5 more minutes.
2. Fill a large sealable bag with cream and cut a whole in corner and fill cannoli.
3. Lay flat on parchment paper. Fill 2 small bags with black and white chocolate. Cut small whole, drizzle on top.
