Peaches & Cream Pie

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 1/2 ounces cool whip
  • 1 baked 9" pie shell
  • 2 medium peaches - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 medium peach for topping

Step 1

Beat cream cheese till smooth. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. Beat well. Fold in 2 cups cool whip. Spread on pie crust. Top with diced peaches. Press down firmly. Chill.

Mix pudding and 1 cup cold milk. Add almond extract. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in remaining cool whip. Top on pie. Chill at least 3 hours.

Garnish with sliced peaches and cool whip.
