GREEN RICE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1-10 ounce package chopped spinach or broccoli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated onion
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.

Add grated cheese to the top

Bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
