scalloped onions

  • 6 lg. onions
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve of ritz crackers



Step 1

Saute onions in margarine. In different pot melt margarine and stir in flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Add milk and cheese. Then layer the onions in baking dish and pour the cheese mix on top. Sprinkle with crackers.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
