MEXICAN PINWHEELS

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 4 ounce soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (with jalapeno peppers optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 4 flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cheeses, sour cream, and onion salt.

Spread beans on tortillas.

Spread chees misture on beans.

Roll tightly and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Cur into 1/2 inch slices.

Serve with salsa.
