Ingredients
- 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. minced fresh dill
- 1/4 c. minced fresh chives
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro (or substitute parsley)
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Add dry mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder, and stir. Fold in the fresh herbs. Serve over fresh greens in a salad, or use as a dip for fresh veggies.
Note: The consistency of the dressing will depend on the yogurt you use. If the dressing is thicker than you desire, thin it out with a bit of water.
