Ingredients
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 5 T unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cup hot water
- Whipped cream or ice cream to top it off, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Coat inside of 4 to 5 quart cooker with butter. Combine flour, lt brown sugar, 3 T cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Add cream, oil and vanilla, stir well to combine. Pour batter into cooker.
Combine dk brown sugar and 2 T cocoa in medium bowl, add hot water, stir well. Pour sauce over cake batter 'DO NOT STIR'. Cover, cook on HIGH 2 hours.
Spoon into bowls, top with whipped cream or ice cream.
