1/4 c soy sauce, 1/4 c finely chopped green onions, 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp dark sesame oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced fresh ginger, 1/4 pepper. Stir until sugar is disolved.
