Ingredients
- 1 unbaked quiche crust
- 2 c. shredded swiss cheese
- 12 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne

Step 1
Layer cheese and bacon. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until completely set. Serve warm.
