Ingredients

  • Batter:

  • 1

    c sugar

  • 3/4

    c flour

  • 1/3

    c pumpkin

  • 3

    eggs

  • 2

    t cinnamon

  • 1

    t nutmeg

  • 1

    t baking soda

  • 1/4

    t salt

  • Filling:

  • 8

    oz cream cheese

  • 1/4

    c butter

  • 1

    c powdered sugar

  • 1/2

    t vanilla

Directions

Grease jelly toll pan (12x17). Line with wax paper then grease paper. Spread batter evenly onto pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Dust thin towel with powdered sugar. Place cooked cake onto towel and gently roll cake and towel together. Cool. Unroll and frost cake with filling. Roll and refrigerate. Sprinkle powdered sugar over roll. Slice and serve.
