mac & cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. american cheese
  • 1 lb. copper sharp cheese from the deli
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

cook noodles and drain. Then melt butter and milk. Add the cheeses one to fie pieces at a time, stirring constantly.

In baking dish, pour a light layer of tomatoe juice on the bottom and sprinkle sugar on top.

When cheese is melted add the noodles to the pot and stir. Then pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
