Delicious Cream Cheese frosting! You could put this on a pork chop and it would still be amazing!

  • 2 8oz packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 softened stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • 2 cups sifted powdered/confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixer, combine the 2 packs of soft cream cheese with the soft butter. Mix on low until well blended.

In a seperate bowl, sift 2 cups of powdered sugar.

Add vanilla extract to the cream cheese and butter and mix on medium until blended.

Mix on low and add a little of the sifted sugar. Mix on medium to blend. Repeat until all sugar is added and mix on medium/high until smooth and tasty.

Refridgerate until chilled. Spread on anything! Red velvet cake or cupcakes, pumpkin cake, chocolate cake.
