Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c butter softened
• 1/2 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 c flour
• 2 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 3 tbs sugar
• 1 tbs cinn.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, butter, shortening and eggs in lg. bowl. Stir in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt.

Shape dough by rounded tsps. full into balls. mix 3 tbs. sugar and the cinn. rollballs in mixture. Place about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake till set. Immediately remove from cookie sheet
(or they will stick)
