Cheesecake shot-glass desserts

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. of 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbs. of coffee-flavored liqueur or 1 tsp. chocolate
  • extract
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 4 tbs. chocolate cookie crumbs, chocolate-covered
  • coffee beans or grated chocolate
  • 4 tbs. of graham cracker crumbs
  • Blueberries and Raspberries+

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Divide mixture in half; place in spearate bowls. Stir coffee liqueur into half; stir lemon peel into remaining half of cream cheese mixture.
Spoon 2 tsp. chocolate cookie crumbs into bottoms of 6, 2 oz. cordial glasses (shot glasses). Top with 2 tbs. coffee liqueur cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. cookie crumbs and another 2 tbs. coffee liqueur cream cheese mixture. Top each with coffee bean.
Spoon 2 tsp. graham cracker crumbs into bottom of 6, 2 oz. cordial glasses (shop glasses). Top with 2 tbs. lemon cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. graham cracker crumbs and another 2 tbs. lemon cream cheese mixture. Top each with blueberries and raspberries. Refrigerate desserts at least 30 minutes before serving.
