Ingredients
- ◦1 1/4 cup shelled, cooked edamame
- ◦3/4 cup cannellini beans
- ◦1 clove garlic
- ◦zest of 1 lemon
- ◦juice of 1 lemon
- ◦1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ◦1/4 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
- ◦5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ◦salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1.Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor.
2.Process until combined, scraping down the sides once.
3.With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil slowly.
4.Process until smooth.
5.Season with salt & pepper.
