Pico de Gallo salsa

Ingredients

  • 4-6 plum tomatoes OR tomatoes "on the vine", deseeded and diced
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1-2 Tbsp lime juice (start with 1 Tbsp and then to taste)
  • salt, to taste

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and then refrigerate for at least one hour.
