Ingredients
- 1/2 lb uncooked boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 900 ml low sodium chicken broth
- 2 c packed chopped fresh spinach
- 1 large coarsely chopped tomato
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 c frozen cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in oil. Add chicken broth and vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer untill tortellini is cooked.
