  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups grated carrots (3 or 4)
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cup icing sugar
  • 2 capfuls lemon juice
