Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Add sugar and almond extract, beating until all ingredients are well combined. Pour into 9-inch pie pan and bake in preheated 325℉ oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
Mix together sour cream, 3 Tbsp sugar and vanilla until all ingredients are combined. Spread over baked cheesecake and return to oven 12 - 15 minutes more, or until set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with nutmeg.
