Nine Bean Soup

Ingredients

• 1 cup 9 Bean Soup Mix (bought at Costco)
• 1 onion
• 4 tsp vegetable bullion
• 4 c water
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 tsp Epicure Louisiana Hot & Spciy dip Mix
• 1 tsp Epicure Sun-dried Tomato & Herb Dip Mix
• 1 tsp Epicure Herb & Garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours.

Dice and saute onion in dutch Oven. Rince and drain beans, combine all ingredients in Durch Oven and simmer until beans are tender.
