Ingredients
- 3 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
- 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Lg. Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- 3 Splashes of Vinegar
- Brown or White Rice

Cooking time 1mins
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil in Pan - Add Garlic and Onion and cook until soft
Add 3 Cans Kidney Beans
Add 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
Add Vinegar
Cook over Med/Low heat until thickened and beans are soft.
Additional Tbsp. of Olive Oil may be added if desired.
Serve over Brown or White Rice
