Ingredients

  • 8 frozen cinnamon rolls (Rhodes)
  • 1 C firmly packed vanilla ice cream
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place frozen rolls in 9 x 13 pan (greased) the night before you bake. Place 3 on each side with 2 in the center.
In sauce pan cook ice cream, brown sugar and butter on slow heat until soft boil. Power over frozen rolls and cover with paper towel over night.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan by flipping over the pan unto was paper or tin foil.
