Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread (either cut or tear into 1" cubes)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups heavy cream or half and half
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extrat
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place bread cubes into a sprayed 13 X 9 X 2 inch shallow baking dish. In large mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, cream, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar. Beat till smooth, then pour liquid mixture over the bread cubes. Stir mixture just enough to make sure bread cubes are moist. Bake for 40 mins. or until the custard is set.
