Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup corn meal
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) whole kernel corn,drained
- 1 can (14 1/2) tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (2 1/4) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Later 1 cup cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef until no longer pink.
Mix together until smooth egg, milk, and corn meal.
To this mixture add the corn, tomatoes olives chili and seasoned salt. Add cooked beef. pall into a greased slow cooker. Cook on high 3 hours and 45 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
