Slam Dunk Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (15oz) cans chili with beans
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz pepper jack Velveeta cheese, chopped
  • 1 (10oz) can rotel, drained
  • Chopped black olives, for garnish, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a large bowl, mix chili, cream cheese, Velveeta and rotel. Microwave on high for 10 mins, stirring every 60 seconds, until hot.

3. Transfer dip to a large cast iron skillet. Bake for 15 mins. Garnish top with chopped black olives to resemble lines on a basketball, if desired. Serve with corn chips.
