Mexican Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bob Evans sausage - any kind
  • 1 large or 2 small cans refried beans
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pound cheese (cheddar, provolone, or hot pepper)
  • 1 small taco sauce - hot or mild

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage. Stir in seasoning, beans, soup and taco sauce. Add cheese.

If too thick, add water as needed.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
