Potato Casserole

  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk (use the empty soup can)



Step 1

In casserole bowl, put layer of potatoes, layer of onions, repeat until dish is about 1/2 full. Combine soup and milk, mix well. Add soup mixture over top of casserole
Cook in 300 degree for about 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Top with grated cheese, return to oven til cheese is melted
