Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 slices of white bread, crust removed
- 3-4 Tbl butter
- 1 1/2 C shredded longhorn cheese
- 5 eggs beat
- 2 C Milk
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp dry mustard
- 2 C. Whole milk

Step 1
Cook suasage and crumble into small pieces, drain grease.
Remove crust from bread and butter both sides and cut into cubes.
Place bread cubes in 13x9x2" casserole pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. Beat until fluffy. Pour over cheese. Chill 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees , 45-50 minutes (less in galss dish).
