Strawberry Pretzel Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Crushed Pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 16 oz box Strawberry Jello
  • 1 16 0z tub Frozen in juice sliced strawberries (thawed) 2 cups Cold Water
  • 1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar 1 8 oz tub Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

1 CRUST: Preheat oven to 350 degress. Combine
pretzels, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Spread
mixture evenly into non greased 9x13 cake pan and
press with hands to form a crust Bake @350 degrees
for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

2 Combine jello, strawberries with the juice, and 2 cups
of cold water in a bowl. Let semi set in refridgerator.
When mixture is about the consistency of egg whites,
pour and spread over cream cheese layer.

3 Cream together Cream Cheese and Sugar. Fold in cool
whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.

4 Pour Jello mixture on top of cream cheese. Chill in
refridgerator for at least 1 hour or until Jello is set.
