• 1 stick butter
• 1-1/4 c. buttermilk
• 1/2 c. Egg whites
• 1 tbs. Vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. almond extract
• 1 can crushed pineapple juice
• 1/2 c. coconut
• 1 c. Pecans
• 3 cream cheese
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 c. Chopped pineapple
• Preheat oven to 350 for 35 min
