Chokes & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 blocks of Cream Cheese (1 1/2 lb)
  • 2 cans of Artichoke Hearts (chopped & diced in processor)
  • 3/8 C of Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 can of Parmesan Cheese
  • 3-4 bags of Pita Bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl (either microwave or leave out cream cheese to make soft).

Spread in 8x8 dish

Add garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to taste.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stiring occasionally as it bakes.

Serve with Pita Bread cut into small triangles. (Spray traingles with buttery Pam and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake them for a few minutes until slightly golden brown).
