White Chicken Enchiladas

White Chicken Enchiladas 0 Picture


  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz) chopped green chilis



Step 1

Preheat oven 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
Mix chicken and 1 cup cheese. Roll up in tortillas and place in pan. In a sauce pan melt butter, stir in flour and cook 1 min. Add broth and whisk until smooth. Heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and chilis. Pour over enchiladas and covwer with remaining cheese. Bake 25 min until hot and cheese is melted.
