Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parm cheese
  • 1/2 cup gated romano cheese
  • 6 jumbo egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • salt and peppers

Step 1

Cook fettuccine. Next heat the milk and heavy cream in a large saucepan until mixture comes to a simmer. Slowley whisk in the cheeses and then remove from the heat. Place the eggs yolks in a bowl and slowley whisk in portion of hot milk mix. Slowley pour the egg yolk mix back into the milk. Season with salt and pepper, add fettuccine in the saucepan sprinkle with garlic.
