Chinese Cabbage Salad

  • Dressing:
  • 1 pkg Ramen pork noodles
  • 1 pkg slivered almonds (small)
  • 1 pkg cabbage/coleslaw mix (red or green)
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 t onion powder
  • pepper
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 1/4 C vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • Pork seasoning from noodle package



Step 1

Brown noodles and almonds in butter until crisp. Drain on paper towel.
Mix together dressing ingredients and bring to a boil. Refrigerate dressing and noodles until ready to serve.
Mix coleslaw, noodle, almonds and dressing
