Chinese Cabbage Salad
- 1 pkg Ramen pork noodles
- 1 pkg slivered almonds (small)
- 1 pkg cabbage/coleslaw mix (red or green)
- 2 T butter
- 1 t onion powder
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- Pork seasoning from noodle package
Brown noodles and almonds in butter until crisp. Drain on paper towel.
Mix together dressing ingredients and bring to a boil. Refrigerate dressing and noodles until ready to serve.
