Ingredients
- 6 sl Bacon
- 1 c Corn Kernels Frozen
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 1/3 large yellow pepper(s)
- 1 c onion(s)
- 1 c celery
- 1 ea garlic clove(s)
- 1/2 pepper Jalapeno
- 1 t table salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t oregano Ground
- 1 t dried parsley
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 c Chicken Broth,Fat Free
- 14.75 oz canned tomatoes
- 30 oz Butter Beans,Large Limas

Step 1
Cook bacon till crisp, remove for pan, add onions, peppers, celery, garlic, and jalapeno cook till nice a soft. If you need to add extra broth little at a time to cook vegs in. Add spices, broth, corn, tomatoes simmer 30-45 mins. Add butter beans and bacon.
