Peppermint White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 8 oz white chocolate
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 3 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• Peppermint candy and whipped cream or marshmallows, to finish

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate and heavy cream. Stir continuously until white chocolate has completely melted. Stir in the milk and extracts. Stir occasionally until heated through. Serve immediately.
