Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 -2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place lettuce in a large salad bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, mustard, herbs and sugar.
Taste and add salt and pepper.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce and toss.
