Ingredients
- 2/3 c beef broth
- 2 t tomato paste
- 3/4 t plain flour
- 1/2 t Dijon mustard
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 T minced onion
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t coarse salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 2 t canola oil
- Chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine broth, tomato paste, flour and mustard in a small bowl, whisk until blended
2. Combine beef, parsley, onion, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Shape into 4 oblong patties. Cook 7 minutes over med-high heat in oil, or until desired doneness. Remove to serving plate.
3. Add broth mixture to pan, cook and stir until slghtly thickened. Spoon over beef. Sprinkle with parsley.
