Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c margarine
• 1 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp bvanilla
• 3 1/2 c flour
• 1 c crushed potato chips
• conf. sugar for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together the softened marg. and butter. Add the sugar and vanilla. Add the flour,a little at a time. dough will be stiff. Add potato chips and combine well
Drop bvy the tespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 min or until lightly brown. When cool, sprinkle with sugar. Makes 6 doz.
