Ingredients

• 1 cup cocoa
• 5 1/2 cups dry milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 scant cups sugar
• 1 cup coffee creamer

• 8 cups dry milk
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 1 (6oz) jar coffee creamer
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• Dash of salt
• Dash of cinnamon (optional)

• 8 quarts dry milk
• 1 (1 pound) Nestle's Quick, chocolate
• 1 (7 oz) jar creamer, any flavor
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Store in an airtight container
Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup of hot water

Use 1/3 cup mix in 3/4 cup boiling water

Add desired amount to 1 cup hot water
Stores well in 5 quart ice cream pail
