Ingredients

  • 1 C Flour
  • 1/3 C shortening plus 1 TBLS shortening
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 2-3 TBL water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until it forms a ball. Do not over work.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.

Roll on floured surface. Do not over work as dough will get tough.
