Ingredients
- 1 package fully cooked bacon slices
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 C shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 C chives

Preparation
Step 1
1. Microwave bacon according to package directions until crisp; drain on paper towels.
2. Cool 10 minutes; crumble.
3. Stir all ingredients together.
4. Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours before serving.
5. Serve with waffle fries.
6. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 7 days.
