Ingredients
- 3/4 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except salmon in a bowl. Heat broiler. Arrange salmon skin-side down in a broiling pan and brush with sauce. Cook 2 minutes and brush again. Repeat until salmon is just flaky, about 10 minutes total.
