  • 3 red chopped jalapeños
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tblsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 tblsp fish sauce
  • salt
  • 1/2 head napa cabbage

Preparation

Pulsa ingredients in food processor.
Toss paste with cabbage and refrigerate 4 hours.
