Ingredients
- 3 red chopped jalapeños
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tblsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 tblsp fish sauce
- salt
- 1/2 head napa cabbage
